💖 Offer emotional and psychological support
🕊️ Resolve conflict and address harm
🌱 Support the person with change through person-centred planningToo many restrictive strategies ⛔
Not enough empathetic ones 🤝

They care that we discuss what matters to THEM 🎯 and how we can help them achieve it FAST ⏩
